I took my 2009 BMW 5 series with 169K miles on it to Matic's in February... there were sooo many things that needed repairing. They did a thorough diagnostic of the issues and reported them out in an online portal along with the cost of the fix. Marecia was always responsive and transparent with the updates. Much care was taken in selecting the after market parts needed. They warrantied their work and have continued to follow up since the service to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend!

After having a New Battery installed at another Auto Repair Shop, they informed me that I would need to have the BMW's Computer reset to Match my Battery, and they did NOT have the Equipment to perform the Procedure ! I was told by a Mechanic in the shop that Matics Garage in Port Charlotte was Very good, and Reasonable, Best advice I Got in a Long Time, They were GREAT ! From Start to Finish, it was a Pleasurable experience, Marissa was Very Pleasant and was Very Knowledgeable and Her Uncle explained the procedure in a manner I could Understand. Will Definitely be going back for Future work !

This is a 5 star review! This was my first time using Matic’s. I was very pleased with their customer service approach. The technician owner spoke with me about his process for diagnosing the AC issue and told me his office Mgr Marecia, would stay in touch and communicate throughout the process. Marecia was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed about how the repair was progressing as well as the billing. I found the pricing to be reasonable and a good value for the money. Matic's has been all we could ask for regarding our 2014 Volvo S-60. The shop has performed major engine and suspension work in the past. The car still feels like new and runs strong.
