I found Matics on line looking for BMW repairs. My 2011 BMW 535 was showing a warning that the battery was discharging. The owner came out immediately and began diagnosing the problem. It was going to take a while so he arranged for a rental car. They called me shortly after with a diagnosis and quote. The price was well under what a dealer would have charged. After some discussion, I ended up ordering front brakes, tires, our change and transmission fluid change. They even threw in a detailing job at no cost. My BMW has never run so well nor looked so good. They suggested a different tire than the run flats, and the price was way lower including alignment and balancing. The ride and handling is a huge improvement. Throughout, they kept me informed of the cost and what needed to be done. The quality of work is way above what I have received from BMW dealers. I highly recommend them.

Matic saved my car. It is a high mileage SRT-4 ("first car & still proud owner thanks to Matic") that misfired, overheated, and ran weak relative to its potential. Matic diagnosed the root of my problems that other shops couldn't. Now my car is in its prime with 170k mi. Also own a Porsche, and wouldn't take it to anyone else.

I went to Matics auto repair shop a few times. I've gotten oil changes, transmission service, tune up, brake installment and shock repairs. I must say they did an outstanding job. The customer service was superb and I highly recommend anyone to use Matics. (I actually took my car to another shop before going to Matics. The other shop gave me a long list of things that were wrong, not to mention a high estimate for the repairs.) So i decided to take my car to Matics. The mechanic at Matics explained everything that was wrong with my car, and much to my surprise since I'm not so car savy, I quickly realized that the other car shop was trying to take advantage of me. The repairs were finished in a fast time frame. I look forward to doing more business with this repair shop if anything goes wrong with my vehicle again.

I took my 2004 BMW to the dealer to fix my convertible top. I originally brought my vehicle to the dealer and they quoted me an outrageous price. I was debating whether or not to sell my vehicle instead of fixing it. My co-worker mentioned that Matic's Auto Repair was good with foreign vehicles, and I figured I had nothing to lose. Needless to say that Matic’s has become my preferred auto mechanic. The bill was definitely reasonable and a fraction of the cost the dealer was charging.
